Shannon Calder, Ph.D., LMFT, brings over 15 years’ experience in mental health, crisis intervention and clinical leadership to her role as Clinical Program Manager for Camino a Casa. She began her career in 2007, working in psychiatric hospitals and addiction treatment centers before joining Casa Pacifica in 2012 as a doctoral practicum student. She later became a member of the Crisis Intervention Response team, in the process completing her PhD in psychology and earning her Marriage and Family Therapist licensure.
Shannon served as an Outpatient Clinician and Clinical Program Manager at Cliffside Malibu, overseeing its Sherman Oaks Outpatient adult program. She returned to Casa Pacifica in 2018 as Clinical Supervisor in the Wraparound program before joining Camino a Casa in 2021. Throughout her career, Shannon has been committed to clinical excellence, staff development, and a client-centered approach to care.
