Educational Services

Youth in the Camino a Casa program receive academic support and tutoring to complete school work assigned by their home school. Camino a Casa has a dedicated, fully equipped classroom with computers and educational curriculum. Our Educational Specialist coordinates with a youth’s parent/legal guardian(s) to identify school work the youth can complete while in the Camino a Casa program. Many youth are enrolled in online school and can complete assignments to obtain credit. We offer music therapy and P.E. for additional educational credits. At parent orientation, parents are provided with the Parent Guide to Camino a Casa education services, which explains the process to receive credits while remaining enrolled in their home school district.
