Susan Santangelo has been a Registered Nurse since 1994. She attended LA County-USC Medical Center School of Nursing after completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Santa Clara University. Most of her nursing career has been spent in Emergency Medicine; she has worked in emergency rooms, trauma centers, and critical care transport. As her experience grew, she moved into administrative roles, managing a busy emergency room, overseeing prehospital care and training, and coordinating performance improvement in Emergency Medical Services. In 2016, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She began working at Casa Pacifica as the Nursing Supervisor in 2017 and is now the Assistant Director of Health Services.
